The prices of our current packages are correct to the best of our knowledge and are maintained regularly. The Wreck My Dress Experience Ltd reserves the right to amend any prices on our website at any given time. In the unlikely event that you purchase a package from our website at an incorrect and accidental price, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or the option to pay the difference in price.
These may have specific restrictions such as date and time – for more details, please see the terms and conditions of each individual offer, discount or prize.
To secure your preferred date, we advise that you book your Wreck My Dress Experience well in advance, at least 6 – 8 weeks before you wish to attend. Some of the experiences packages may be dependent on weather conditions. We strongly advise that you do not make any travel or accommodation arrangements before receiving your booking confirmation via email.
Your booking will only have been accepted if you have received a booking confirmation via email. If you believe you have booked an experience package but have not received a confirmation, please contact a member of our Customer Services team on 0161 799 6822 to discuss the matter.
You will be entitled to reschedule your appointment once free of charge, providing you give at least 14 days notice in writing; all other reschedules will be subject to a rebooking deposit equating to 20% of the cost of the package. You may cancel your appointment at any time, subject to a cancellation charge equating to 20% of the cost of the package.
The Wreck My Dress Experience team have a vast amount of experience and always perform risk assessments. You will be fully briefed on this if necessary as part of our communication with you. Safety is our utmost concern.
If you would like to bring a family member or friend with you to your Wreck My Dress Experience day, then please inform a member of our team when booking your package. This option is available in our modular pricing menu.
Each person booked onto your experience day will be entitled to 1 bottle of wine or the equivalent in alcohol per person for the day. Should you require more, additional drinks can be costed into your package. Food will be provided for you on the day as per the dietary requirements you have submitted.
Should you encounter any issues or problems on the day, please bring it to the attention of your Personal Chaperone who will do their utmost to rectify and resolve these problems immediately.
The Wreck My Dress Experience cannot be held accountable for any postal delays beyond our control.
If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your final image or video then we will refund the cost of printing that image or video only. Alternatively, we can reprint the images (without enhancement) for no extra cost.
